Feelings come up to the surface and sleep gets properly weird. Sleep-lab studies, including a 2013 one in Current Biology, found people sleep less and shallower around the full moon, even in windowless labs. Hidden things get obvious and somebody always texts their ex. The moon also changes sign every two and a half days, which decides what kind of full it is, because a Scorpio full moon and a Pisces full moon are different animals.
